‘High As The Moon’ is the new single from Eora/Sydney R&B artist and producer Milan Ring. “It’s about when you love someone but you’re fighting and you feel them pulling away, yet you have this sexual connection,” she explains. “You want to absorb one another until it ends.” Musically, it’s a playful and inquisitive track that delves into alt-pop and electronica, while remaining faithful to her R&B roots. Her recognisably expressive and innovative guitar-playing is also on display throughout, accompanying a beautiful melodic line originally written with pianist Marcella Maio.
